Pick‑up from Seminyak or Canggu, two hours, no obligation. Walk a delivered Tropical Loft with Fedor, open the cupboards, check the waterproofing.
Not flying up for a while? We will walk it live.
Thirty minutes on Zoom or FaceTime, from the site or from a finished villa. You choose the hour in AEST or AWST, and you decide where the camera goes: open a cupboard, look under the slab, read a permit number off the paper on screen. We record it and send you the file, so you can watch it again or show it to whoever is checking the deal for you.
- Nothing is staged. If the site is muddy on the day, you see mud.
- Bring your own people. Add your lawyer, your accountant or your partner to the call.
- Ask for a document on camera. Permit, certificate or lease clause, read out with its number.
- No obligation and no follow‑up sequence you did not ask for.
