Is it safe to buy property in Bali? An honest answer

It is safe when the plot is zoned for what is built on it, the building is permitted, the seller is a registered company with a named director, and the numbers are shown with their assumptions. It is not safe when any of those are missing, and no amount of ocean view fixes that.

The Bingin demolitions
