Press

Written to be published somewhere that has no stake in our sales.

Every long piece on this site is built to stand up in an Australian publication with an editor between us and the reader. This page is that list: the publication, the piece we take to it, why that room and not another, and where it stands today. It works like the document register — a row that comes back declined stays on the page.

First submission out: Hak Pakai to Law Society Journal, 3 September 2026. Nothing has been printed yet. Placements appear here with a link the day they land, and the ones that are declined stay listed with that word on them.

A. Written by us, published under our name

5 publications

Contributed articles. The publication takes the piece on its content; nobody pays anybody in either direction. Two of these need an Australian lawyer as co-author before they can be sent.

B. Expert comment and story pitches

14 publications

Editorial placements, where a journalist decides whether the material is useful to their readers. Paid partner content is a different thing, and it is marked as such wherever it appears.

C. Architecture and design

4 publications

A finished building treated as architecture rather than as an investment. Nobody in this group asks about yield, which is exactly why they are on the list.

What we do not do

  • Paid articles dressed as editorial. Sponsored placements exist in this category and one of our competitors has bought one. Anything paid carries a partner label and is not independent confirmation of anything.
  • Reviews and forum accounts we control. A position built on “check us” and a sock puppet account cannot coexist. One exposure would undo everything else on this site.
  • Pitching anything that says “verify us” before it can be verified. Articles about the law and the buying process can go out now. Anything that makes a claim about our own projects waits for the document behind it.
