The first phase of La Casa Española: ten Spanish‑Javanese villas in Bingin with arched windows, terracotta roofs, bougainvillea on the balconies and a pool in every courtyard. Sold out in four months. Phase II, sixteen villas on the neighbouring plots, is now selling.

La Casa Española I set the architectural language we are now building on for phase II: whitewashed walls, timber pergolas, arched glazing and Javanese carved details. It sold out in four months, largely off the strength of the delivered Tropical Loft and Taman. Every change we made after Magic Story was applied here first: the named QC lead, certified steel, milestone payments. Owners from phase I are the first people we introduce to phase II buyers.
