Magic Story is the project we talk about most, because it is the one that did not go to plan. A contractor change and the movement of land prices in Bingin pushed handover past the promised date. Rather than wait for a journalist to find that out, the founder gave a public interview about it and we published the causes, the decisions and the changes carried into La Casa Española II: a named QC lead with a dated log, certified structural steel, and a payment schedule tied to build milestones instead of calendar dates. The first keys were handed over on 7 August 2026; the video is on the founder's Instagram.
