Four two‑bedroom, two‑bathroom villas in Batu Bolong, a short walk from the beach and the cafés of Canggu. Garden courtyards, private pools, wooden pergolas over the terrace. Taman means garden, and the brief was exactly that: a house you can open up entirely to the outside.

Most villas here are handed over as an empty structure, and the months that follow — sourcing furniture, waiting on appliances, chasing installers — are the cost nobody quotes you. This one is finished.

Taman sold out in six months, mostly to buyers who had already stayed in Canggu and wanted a base there. It was the project where we settled the details that now repeat in every villa: black steel window frames, the pergola over the terrace, the round plunge pool at the end of the lap pool. Handover protocols were signed unit by unit; the dates, promised and actual, are in the table on the Verify page.

Every card shows issuer, number, date and who checked it, and opens the document. Personal data in scans is redacted; nothing else is.
