The entity that signs your contract
The entity that signs your contract and takes your payment. Not a brand name, not a trading name.
Business identification number, issued through the government OSS system. It is how you confirm the company exists and what it is licensed to do.
Indonesian tax number. Your payments are invoiced against it.
The person who signs. Same name as on the founder page and on the Instagram account.

What we are not
Better from us than from your lawyer, laterThere is no ABN and no Australian entity standing behind this. A dispute would be an Indonesian dispute, in an Indonesian forum, and you should price that in before you pay anything.
The protections you would have buying off the plan from a builder in Perth or Brisbane are not what you get here. What you get instead is documents you can check before you commit.
Nothing on this site is financial, tax or legal advice, and we are not registered to give any of it in Australia. Every number here is published so your own adviser can take it apart.
A Pondok Wisata licence is held by an Indonesian individual, not by you. Ask whose name is on the one for your villa, and ask us in writing.
No lender takes a foreign leasehold as security, so plan on cash. That also means no bank orders a valuation and no lender checks the builder’s progress on your behalf.
