What we collect. When you register interest, reserve a unit or book an inspection we collect your name, email, mobile number, the unit type you are interested in, your residency status and, if you give it, your travel dates.

Why. To send you the price list and document register you asked for, to arrange a call or inspection, and, with your consent, to send project updates. We do not sell your data and we do not run automated profiling.

Where it goes. Form submissions are stored in our CRM (GoHighLevel, servers in the United States) and read by the sales team in Bali. We use privacy‑preserving analytics; if you consent to marketing cookies we may use retargeting on Meta and YouTube.

Your rights. You can ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can unsubscribe from any email in one click. Email hello@rumaharchipelagovillas.com. We aim to answer within 30 days, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles for Australian residents.

Retention. We keep enquiry data for up to 3 years after last contact, and buyer data for as long as the law requires.
