Tropical Loft was our fourth project and the first where we published the numbers after handover, not before. Three of the four units are on short‑term rental; the payout report from the platform, dated 12 May 2026, shows 13–14 months of actual returns at roughly 11.5%, 11.4% and 10.9% against a forecast of 10.3–11.65%. The variability you see month to month is what a real Booking and Airbnb calendar looks like, not a smoothed guarantee. We keep it on the site because it is the answer to the question every buyer's accountant asks.
