Certificate of building fitness (SLF)

Magic Story · Bingin, Uluwatu · [date]

The certificate confirming that the completed building matches the permit and is fit to be occupied. Issued after completion, not before, which is why it exists for delivered projects and not for one under construction.

What the real document sets out

  1. Certificate number, issuing office and date
  2. Building identification and reference to the PBG it follows
  3. Confirmation that construction matches the approved drawings
  4. Structural, electrical, plumbing and fire items inspected
  5. Validity period and the date of the next required inspection

DEMO
SEAL

This page is a demonstration placeholder built for a client review of the website. It contains no real permit numbers, no real signatures and no real personal data. Every number on it reads 0000 or [brackets] on purpose. Replace it with a scan of the executed document before this site goes anywhere near a buyer.

How to check this one yourself

Ask for the SLF for every completed building, not only the show villa. A developer with none for a finished project should be able to explain why.
